Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sparkle and caviar effect. Saw this polish in target and I just HAD to get it. It had an amazing caviar effect and the perfect amount of sparkle. Plus I love that you could build it up and it didn't get chunky (I did 3 coates). Only thing is that I wish the base was a little darker. The black polish in the actual polish is very sheer. So I just painted my nails black first then applied "belugaria"

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cool Effects, Fussy Polish This is a polish you have to learn how to use, which wasn't necessarily obvious upon purchase. I agree with all comments about its "muchness", but I rather enjoyed the rough texture (to the point of almost being uncomfortable) because it's aggressive and messy and very in tune with my personality.Best way to use this polish: base coat as normal, an even but light jet black color base, then add this as a topper. I agree the brush is hard to use because the polish is clumpy, but what you do is you apply once over with broad strokes as quickly as you can before it dries on the nail (and it dries fast). Then your second coat is filling in the gaps. No top coat.It chips quicker than the average Essie polish, but it isn't the average Essie polish. It's a nice addition to my collection but very weird.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful, returning it. I got this polish on a whim, just because I liked the color. I had no idea this is supposed to be "caviar" effect, was absolutely shocked when started putting it on. I thought somebody put sand in it as a joke. Then looked it up and wish I had some research done before buying it. It's hard to apply, looks messy and feels as sand paper. Definitely returning it. What a disappointment, the color is so pretty, why on earth would you make it with granules in it?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from should come with a warning and instructions.. dear essie, this polish is a disappointment.first of all, I made the mistake of choosing this color to wear to my boyfriends birthday party having never tried it before.choosing belugaria to do a "quick" mani before heading out of the hotel room was a nightmare. it was so tough to put on. trying to cover all of the nail makes it almost inevitable to smear chunks of polish and glitter onto the cuticles. unfortunately then it is hard to get off the cuticles but somehow it chips super easy on the nail! There does not seem to be enough glitter to make it look "fun" - it looks more like dirt or soil on the nail as a previous review states.also what I thought to be odd was that when the polish is touched or "scratched" it turns white. the bit of shine that is there right after applying it vanishes pretty fast. I hope that it will not be hard to get off and i suspect that i will never use it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So unique! This polish is for the girl who gets tired of the same old same old. The girl who loves to play with contrasting textures and wants to make a statement. I love Belugaria the most when I use it as an accent color and the rest with a soft, wispy almost translucent color (think Mademoiselle or even Chinchilly). Easy application for a textured polish, too!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Manicure nightmare I wanted belugaria so much and what a disappointment! It doesn't look like caviar at all, it looks like dirt on your nails. Definitely worse nail polish I've ever tried

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not enough pigment not enough pigment in this one, you have to add A LOT of layers and it's all gloopy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Something to get used to. I'd been wanting this polish ever since it came out and never came around to buying it until now. I hadn't the slightest idea about the texture and to be quite honest it freaked my out at first, but now I'm warming up to it. I like the matte finish for sure.
