Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shimmer and shine! Just bought this in Sheers To You and thought it was a nice sheer color with just a light blush. I went out into the sun and WOW! It has beautiful shimmering sparkles in it that were so surprising. I love it! Looking forward to seeing results on my nail ridges and brittleness.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I chose the full-coverage mauve shade and it's the exact color of a dreary day. If sadness were a color, this would be it. Kind of a blah brownish greige, and still translucent after 2 coats. Plus it started chipping in under 12 hours. Hard pass.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More colors please! Love this polish, it lasts forever and is really helping my nails grow. Please come out with some new colors, esp black, grey, dark brown, navy for winter!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doing what it promised.... Lovely colors for summer and fall. My nails look amazing and the polish does not chip. I need a red color for the winter!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent polish, but doesn't do what it promises I have struggled with peeling nails for decades. I've added zinc, biotin, and a multivitamin to my diet, I wear gloves when I do dishes, I make sure to file in only one direction, etc. I have kept my nails short for the past few years, to minimize peeling and breaking. Given that this promises a reduction in peeling of ~65%, I couldn't wait to try it! I bought it in Sheers to You (the light pink) and the white (I can't recall the name right now). I liked how the pink one looked, with one, two, and three layers of polish. The white was very streaky and patchy, so I only used it a few times. They have a pretty, iridescent/sparkly quality that is quite lovely, especially in the sunlight, though there are no issues with removal the way there is with many sparkly and glittery polishes. I've been wearing the pink (or occasionally the white) for three straight months. There has been NO decrease in the appearance of my nails, with peeling, ridges, or anything. NONE. Also, the polish chips just as easily as regular polish. I have worn Essie almost exclusively for about 5 years, and I usually get 2-3 days with no chips (I should point out that I have domed nails, which chip far more easily than regular nailbeds), and 5-6 days with touchups before the chipping drives me bonkers. These TLC polishes chip in 1-3 days. I don't know if it's because you use them without a base and my base helps regular polish adhere better or what.Long story short, the pink in particular is very pretty, and I'll use it as a regular polish, but it does NOT provide the reduction in peeling that they promise, and it may chip more easily than regular Essie polish.
