Train/Subway Directions

Take the N or W (NOT the R) to Ditmars Blvd. Walk down 31st Street, make a right on 20th Ave. Walk to 37th street, make a left on 37th and keep walking until you reach the office on the right.

 

Driving Directions

FROM LONG ISLAND

1. Northern State
   1. Northern State Pkwy WEST which becomes Grand Central Pkwy
   2. Exit at Marine Air Terminal Exit (after LaGuardia Airport)
   3. At first light: make a RIGHT on Ditmar Blvd
   4. At fork in road: bear RIGHT at light onto 81st Street
   5. 81st Street will become 19th Ave when road bends to the left.
   6. Continue to 37th Street (Steinway Piano on your right)
   7. Make a left on 37th, 2nd Bldg on left with BLACK AWNING.

2. Long Island Expressway
   1. LIE- West. Follow signs to Brooklyn-Queens Expwy EAST
   2. Exit at Astoria Blvd exit WEST
   3. Take Astoria Blvd to 37th Street: make a RIGHT
   4. Go past 20th Ave; building has a Black Awning, next to last Bldg on the right.

FROM MANHATTAN

1. MIDTOWN TUNNEL
   1. Take LIE EAST when existing tunnel
   2. Take LIE to Brooklyn-Queens Expwy EAST
   3. Exit at Astoria Blvd exit WEST
   4. Take Astoria Blvd to 37th Street: make a RIGHT
   5. Go past 20th Ave; building has a Black Awning, next to the last Bldg on the right.

2. FROM 59th Street Bridge (Lower Level)
   1. Stay in RIGHT lane on bridge
   2. Make first right, then another Right: onto 21st Street.
   3. Take 21st Street to 20th Ave
   4. Turn Right on 20th Ave
   5. Turn left on 37th Street
   6. Building has a Black Awning, next to the last Bldg on the right.

3. FROM 59th Street Bridge (Upper Level)
   1. Stay in RIGHT lane on bridge
   2. Make first right at sign for Ò21st Street. / Roosevelt Ave / Northern Blvd.
   3. At first light, make right on 21st Street
   4. Take 21st Street to 20th Ave
   5. Turn Right on 20th Ave
   6. Turn left on 37th Street
   7. Building has a Black awning, next to last Bldg on right

FROM NEW JERSEY

1. FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE
   1. Follow signs to the Triboro Bridge
   2. Exit at the first exit : 31st Street (STAY TO YOUR RIGHT: DO NOT RE-ENTER PKWY!)
   3. Make a left on 35th Street
   4. Right on 20th Ave.
   5. Make a Left on 37th Street
   6. Building has a Black awning, next to the last Bldg on right.
