Huge hard cuticles gone

I was a nail and cuticle biter for a long time, my skin was dry and hard and horrible, with painful cracks. After several weeks of use, they are almost back to normal. I will continue and maybe one day I will have beautiful nails!

Stains your nails

I got this for free in a bag from Ulta so at least I didn't spend any money on it. Used it once and it stained my nails. I know there are no dyes in it but oils can stain things too. One use & in the trash it went.

It smels good, it absorbs quickly, but that's it! It does nothing to my cuticules. They stay so dry when I started to use it. Pure jojoba oil 100% better and efficient. This Essie cuticule oil does not do what it promises at all and that is to protect cuticles from dryness and provides nourishing moisture. I wasted my money when I bought it.

Got orange nails - looked like a nicotinist!

Used this nail oil most everyday as recommended since. After a while I noticed my nails had started turn orange and it looked really bad. Like they had turned yellow/ orange due to smoking. It took me reading other reviews here to get that I was not the only one this have happened to by this product. Do not buy!

I just found this product. I was looking for something for my crappy cuticles. after less than 2 weeks use, my cuticles are beautiful. No more hangnails or rough edges. I love the smell and haven't had any of the problems other have had. even my polish is better looking and lasts longer. Thank you.

Instant difference

Bought this this weekend cause I was tired of having dried out and peeling nails. The first time I put it on, i instantly saw a difference. Hasn’t stained any of my towels and does absorbed quickly once rubbed in. I’m excited to see what this does after a week of use. Also have light skin by the picture and also doesn’t stain my skin or leave a yellow tone.

I have struggled with dry skin, and dry cuticles for years. Should have found this product long ago. Now my manicure looks so much better, smooth nourished cuticles, all it takes is an application, twice a day. Love the smell too.

This was featured in InStyle magazine Best Beauty Buys 2018, so I've been using this now for over a year and I love is so much that I bought an extra bottle for travel. I use it am and pm and my nails never looked better. honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. It looks like these women weren't using the oil properly. You need to massage it in for best effect. Trust me you will love this product and be hooked! I can't live without it.

Change in formula = change of heart...

I'm so sorry to say that the change in formula has killed my love... I luuved this oil: it smells great and works really well. I've been addicted to it for several years. The new bottle I just bought in Feb. definitely goes on orange (someone here likened it to pizza grease - exactly!) and discolors any towels or fabrics you accidentally get it on. While it still seems to work/smell the same I cannot get past the color and the need to be so careful about what I touch. I don't understand why you needed to change a perfectly wonderful product that now I won't buy. So sad!

Not the same! Will not buy

I loved this product with its old formulation and am not happy with the new formulation or packaging. Apricot scent is non-existent and effect not the same. It is shocking that LOreal would change such a winning formula. This was the only reputable Cuticle Oil worth cost and use. I will revert back to CND Cuticle Oil. Thanks for reading.

I bought this product because i was interested in cuticle care. I used it daily for about a week and I noticed little tiny bumps all over my fingers. I thought it might be a fluke so i stopped for two weeks to clear it up and I tried it again with the same issue :( I really wanted to love this product but it looks like I'm allergic
