I was skeptical of this at first because i was afraid it was gonna be too yellow but it turned out to be sooooo pretty! I applied it as the 2nd coat. The bright yellow gold shimmer catches the light beautifully. It makes my nail looks sparkling. I like that it's designed for natural nails and doesn't require uv light.

I’m always a fan of (Essie) brand nail polish. I am confident to say that this is one of the best nail polish brand out there. Beautiful gold shimmery top coat

Usually, I would never reach for a bright yellow gold top coat, but I’m so glad I got to try this shade out! I paired it with “Gossamer Garments” as a base, and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully it complimented this pale, neutral pink with a shimmery, almost chrome-like finish. I would warn against using too many coats since the polish is pigmented and can look yellow, but one coat is perfect for a subtle, shimmery finish. This top coat has also lasted nicely, especially considering that I work with my hands often and am prone to chipping my nail polish.

This is now my go to product when I wear my natural nails. The main reason for that is I was able to go 10 days without getting chips (See last picture) It feels just like gel nails but without having to use a light to cure it.

It's not a bad idea to have these products at home to solve our women's emergency. It is quite long-lasting since it is a gel that works with the lamp. The texture is normal like any nail polish and you must keep it well covered so that it doesn't dry quickly. Drying with the lamp is super fast, it is ready in a matter of seconds, it has a beautiful shine and finish, not at all opaque.

I was excited to try this top coat but unfortunately I was very disappointed. It’s a very yellow gold shade which did not look flattering at all on my nails. It was not metallic and I needed 3+ coats to even get it to show up with the base I had underneath it. I really don’t recommend the gold shade.

I’m a nail technician, and let me share a little secret to help your manicure last up to two weeks! Use spackle as a top coat. It creates a strong protective layer over your polish. The crushed gold shade from Essie is super shiny and absolutely gorgeous. To make it last even longer, simply reapply the top coat after about a week. With this trick, your regular polish can last almost like a gel manicure. I love the color and how long it stays vibrant. Highly recommend it if you want beautiful, long lasting nails!

The crushed gold shade looks very yellow in photo but it’s actually a good shade of yellow when applied. It is glittery and shinny and adds a beautiful layer of gloss on top of whatever base layer it is. This is why it’s recommended as step 2. The size of the product is standard, the shape of the bottle is interesting. I like that the brush size is big - two to three strokes is all it needs to cover my entire nailbed. The scents though is bad, but not any worse than an average nail polish. Price point is alright. I’m pleasantly surprised and content with this shade.

This one is such a fun top coat. It adds this sparkly gold layer that makes any nail color pop. I like using it over white or nude polish because it gives this kind of magical shimmer. The formula dries fast and doesn’t feel sticky. Very effective. It’s perfect when I want my nails to stand out a little more without being too bold. Plus, the bottle is super cute on my shelf. This is such a cute top coat. I know yellow can be a little odd for a top coat but it works really well with pale pink. It’s a very fine shimmer and doesn’t look too yellow. It also dries very quickly. Application was very easy.
