Beautiful outcome and lasts long

I love a good white nail polish! Essie is a great brand at an affordable price and I’ve always loved these products! This polish is easy to apply and lasts for days, especially when you add your Top/Bottom coat. It doesn’t chip away like cheap nail polishes do.

Need two coats for a solid base. Need to be generous or it will still look splotchy as most white polishes do. Takes a lil long to dry but u think thats due to the double coat. Wears fine and last about as long as any other polish

Not my favorite formula

I love the look of a clean white manicure. Unfortunately this one wasn’t my favorite. I tried it a few times and it applied streaky which is unlike the Essie formula I know. It took multiple coats to get the opacity I wanted. I think this might work better as a nail art shade. It also seemed to chip pretty quickly.

A clean white mani is the absolute ultimate look, and we completely understand how disappointing it is when it takes too many coats or chips quickly. Your bottle definitely does not sound like it was up to standard. All of our colors, including the Blanc, should flow one easily and look perfect by the second coat. We get why you went with so many coats, but applying more than 2 coats of color increases the chance of any nail enamel chipping. The layers never dry right. Difficult to work with

I know white nail polishes are usually thicker because of the pigment, and this one was no exception. The formula felt very thick and streaky, making it hard apply thin, even coats. The brush also left visible lines, and thicker coats took long time to dry. Unfortunately, white polishes are usually more trouble than they're worth for me.

This pure white color should still flow easily onto the nail and by the second coat, the color should be perfect. It sounds like your bottle was not the typical consistency for this color, if the polish is too thick, streaks and long dry time are the result.

I love it! It's perfect for my blank nails if I want french tips! It goes on smooth and is pigmented with one coat! It also dries pretty fast as well which I love! So far my nails have lasted a while too so it has good wear! Gonna get some other colors because it's honestly really good.

I’m not the best at painting nails as you can see from the photo but the color is good. It wasn’t too thin but did have to apply a second layer. The polish held pretty well with a clear top coat with no chipping and dried pretty fast.
