Great cool-toned nude

This may be one of my new favorite nude creme shades. Princess Charming is very similar to OPI's Somewhere Over the Rainbow Mountains, but it definitely lasts longer on my nails. As someone with cool toned fair skin, it's taken me forever to try all the colors that might suit my skin tone, but this one was definitely worth the wait.

I'm confused. Your website says that you removed this ingredient a few years ago, but it is listed as ingredient #6 for this color? My daughter is doing a science experiment on the brands that last the longest and Essie won, but maybe because she picked a color with this toxic ingredient?

I received Princess Charming complimentary to test and try. I found that I absolutely adored this color since it was a pinky mauve color. The color payoff was great and I only needed to add two coats and it generated the gel look I was looking for. It lasted for about 2 weeks before chipping. The quality of the brush made it easy to apply with such ease.

Shine bright like a diamond

This product was very easy to use and lasted a long time. I do not really like to do at home nail sessions because my Nail polish always get chipped and the polish cannot last with my very active lifestyle such as being a nurse practitioner, having a toddler, and lots of housework. But this was easy to use and I was done in less than 15 minutes. I had so much left over time that I went ahead and did my toes. I did receive this product for free however I will be purchasing more colors on my own. Thank you for such a great product Essie

I received Essie gel polish in princess charming complimentary from Influenster. First off, I love this color and it’s perfect for my skin tone and great for spring. It applied flawlessly and dried very quickly. I loved that it didn’t take too many applications and it was true to the color when you look at the bottle. With the top coat added to it, it looks like a gel manicure you would get at the salon! It definitely has lasted longer than I would have imagined as well. I would recommend this polish to everyone.

A color made for a Princess!

I have never been much of a gel person but oh my goodness, Essie has made me never look back. The gel is very easy to apply thanks in part to the amazing brush that accompanied it. The color is very natural pink, in my opinion. It looks like something Kate Middleton would wear! The gel dried very fast. I received this product complimentary for reviewing purposes.

I received this product free for testing, and I must say that I definitely plan to purchase more in the future. I absolutely loved the shade and the polish was well-pigmented. I thought the style of the brush was great and allowed for smooth application. Definitely a new favorite nail polish for me! I wish it would have lasted a little longer before starting to chip, but it was a lot better than many similar products.

Essie’s gel couture is surprisingly awesome and their princess charming is a cute color. The brush has a slightly different shape as compared to normal nail polishes and therefore makes it easier to apply cleaner. Easy to use and dries quick, especially when used with the top coat. I received this product free for testing but all opinions are my own.

As someone who regularly uses nail polish, I like colors that are neutral and don’t clash with many outfits. This shade surprised me because it’s pretty pink-ish, but it’s neutral enough that it makes my nails look nice every day. It lasts pretty well, but I’m a student so I don’t expect it to last as long as it probably would for someone working in an office. I got this product free for testing, but overall would recommend.

Love this nude natural color

I have a medium skin tone and love this natural nude color for everyday wear. The real reason I love the gel couture line is that it is salon quality that I can do at home. I had enough time to put two coats of color and top coat on before feeding my infant this morning (and that’s saying a lot). The brush is super easy to use and apply color evenly. I do not like the regular essie brush but the couture line is a way better brush! This color in particular is just enough coverage yet very professional. I received this item free for my honest opinion.

I am in love with this color! I got this item complimentary, and wasn't sure I would like it. I'm used to reds and dark colors. It looked amazing on my skin. Didn't need a lot of coats to fill the color, definitely goos color pay off. Applicator is good , color is great and the scent isn't overwhelming. Dried fast too!! Love this product

Professional looking finish!

This is probably the best nail polish I have ever used. Due to my profession, I'm washing my hands a lot at work, and this polish took a few days before it started to chip. It is super easy to apply and has a beautiful, glossy finish. I received this free from Influenster for testing purposes.

Honestly I was skeptical about this Gel Couture nail polish because gel is a pain normally for me. But it's one of my favorites now. It's a great gel nail polish. The brush and everything went on smooth. It's not a favorite color of mine but it is a perfect almost nude/pale pink color that goes with everything. I would definitely try it in another color.

I work in the medical field and am washing my hands many times throughout the day, so I appreciate any polish that lasts longer than 1 day! This polish/topcoat combo lasts 5-6 days with extreme hand washing which is amazing. I have shorter nails, so I'm not sure if it would last as long with a longer nail length. The only negative about this polish is that it doesn't have much of a "puffy" texture like traditional gel polish from the salon. I personally like the puffiness and think it looks a bit more polished. This color is a great neutral without being too pink or beige - the perfect in-between. As a person who always uses her hands, I am a fan of this polish. It dries SO QUICKLY! This is a must for anyone who is a crafter, but never has enough time to paint their nails. It also takes away from the cost of going and getting your nails done all the time, which I appreciate as a thrifty person. I really love this polish and am very excited to test out some new colors! Oh! And don't forget your top coat! V important for these polishes.

If you have a light complexion, beware

This color honestly looked exactly like my skin tone, so color-wise, I wasn't in love with it. The quality of the polish was only ok (the topcoat is much better). I thought the application was a little goopy ... had the lines from the brush in it. Two coats *mostly* had me covered, but not completely.

Amazing color - chips easily

I have always loved Essie for their amazing shades and smooth application. Princess Charming has to be just about my favorite everyday color- totally chic, girly and neutral. The only thing disappointing about this product is how quickly it chips. On my last application, it only lasted 2 days before starting to peel. There is just a huge difference between this and my regular salon gel manicures. I received this product free for testing.

I love this shade of pink! I feel like it’s perfect for any skin tone! The best way I can describe this pink is it’s kinda like a dusty pink rose color. A darker pink that’s not too loud. It’s long lasting and goes on super smooth. The brush layers the polish on evenly which makes my life easy lol!

This color is a neutral pink that compliments all, I love how thick the polish is and how you achieve the rich color even with one coat. With two coats and the topper it’s super shiny as if it is an actual gel set. Super long lasting, my only concern was the drying time. It took a good 3 minutes to dry completely. I received this product as a trial with Influenster and will be rocking it this Spring.

I received this essie gel couture color and top coat in my Finesse Vox Box from Influenster for free! The color is perfect! Subtle and feminine. Perfect for everyday and just right for springtime. My color lasted all week even after dishes and gardening. I recommend it! Easy 2 step gel polish.

Easy application, excellent staying power!

I received this a month ago to try complimentary. I have given a month of testing and I am truly impressed. I have been giving my nails a break from acrylics so they are currently very rigid, bumpy, and uneven. I applied two coats of step one and one coat of step two, and you can’t even tell that they are a wreck underneath it all. The ease of application is amazing! Much of that is because the brush is nice and big with a rounded tip, which I LOVE!! It also doesn’t tack up in the middle of doing one nail, or clump when applying another coat. In the month of testing this polish out, I have applied it twice. The first time around, it lasted an entire two weeks (I probably could have worn it longer), and now this second time it has made it just over two weeks. I am not easy on my nails as a Mom of three. My hands are constantly in water and cleaning (and I mean scrubbing!), so for this polish to last through it all with minimal chipping, I am extremely pleased, especially for the price! This shade is so pretty, and perfect for spring. I think I have found my new go-to!!

I was searching for the perfect nude for my skin and was excited to find Princess Charming. I applied it on as soon as I got it and but alas, the polish started peeling within 1 hour of applying!! expected higher quality from Essie's Gel couture line
