Formula changed to silver

Purchased 4 bottles of this, after it being a staple for me over the last few years. The formula must have changed, because it is super silver, and no, it’s not the lighting and nothing has changed on my end. Waste of money for me. :(

A friend had an older bottle. Loved the actual gold color. Extremely disappointed that the color has changed to a rose champagne color. It's nice color just not gold colored

Love the coverage and the sheen, BUT it is not gold. It’s much more silver than gold. Is silver “as good as gold?” You decide!

I wore this and got so many compliments and I love this color so much! But it chips quickly and the color rubs off the next day! Its really frustrating since I don't have time to repaint them daily!

I was apprehensive about this polish, because I had another metallic that was difficult to use. But Good as Gold definitely stood up to its name. Went on smoothly and beautifully; you could probably pull this off in just one coat, because the coverage is so great.

The color is perfect, and it dries very quickly if you apply relatively thin coats - that surprised me a lot when I first tried it on. 2 even coats does the job. But it chips really easily (I use top coat). Maybe with gel setter (which I haven't tried yet) it'll chip less.

this has been my favorite Essie color forever. dries in just a few minutes and is the perfect shade of gold. honestly I don't get how it dries so fast but I always use it when I need to paint my nails quickly

I bought this color because I decided I needed the staple of black, gold and silver in my collection. I've never bought essie nail polish before so I was hesitant in trying it out, but I love LOVE the color. It has a nice metallic pop to it without being too bright or shiny. It goes on smoothly, and doesn't chip in a few days like some of my other brand nail polish does. Since buying this I've bought 2 more and love them all equally :) Can't wait to add more to my collection!

Lovely shade that shifts between silver and gold, depending on the light. Just one problem: it starting chipping the first day. It literally peeled off one nail, in spite of the fact that I'd used both base and top coats. Reapplied it.... and the same thing happened again. Suggestions to make it more durable?
