Fast drying and gel-like shine

I love this nail polish! It actually dries so fast, which makes it perfect when I’m in a rush. I can apply it just minutes before leaving the house and not worry about smudging. The pigment is great and gives full color in just one swipe. It also gives a really pretty gel like manicure look. Even without using a top coat, it lasted about two weeks on me, which really impressed me.

I love how this trendy salon look can be easily executed at home with Essie Glass Nails. I applied it on my nails after I did gel nails and that shine just gives it life instead of it looking brittle and dull. The glass nail look makes it look like the nail polish was just applied, it looks wet so you can’t tell if it already dried up.

Beautiful color, jelly like texture, I wish I would be a bit more long lasting, it chips off the same day I apply it. Also takes a long time to dry, but for a quick clean manicure I think it’s perfect and worth the drying time.

I received the Essie Gel Couture Glass nail polish in the shade Cin Cin for free from Influenster to try, and it’s beautiful! The color is a cute, soft pink with a glossy finish, and it lasts a long time without chipping. Just keep in mind it is very sheer, so you may need a few coats if you want more opacity. Thin and sheer consistency

Prepping your nails prior is important. Smooth, buff and polish prior. Picture holding the bottle is 2 coats. Picture of the hand alone is 3 coats. I’m a nurse and constantly hand washing so my nails are not the greatest. The product was so thin and sheer in consistency. It did not look that great on my nails. Product was easy to remove. Did not chip at work after long hospital shifts.

This nail polish did not disappoint! It goes on smooth and dries fast. It is low odor. It has a shiny glass like finish without an added top coat. One coat of the color gives a natural glossy look. Two coats gives a pretty pink color that will go with everything. The polish even withstood me doing dishes. Essie can be found at local drug stores, Walmart, and even Ulta. It is reasonably priced and great quality. I would definitely purchase and recommend this product.

So far one of my favorites I love that you can put on as many codes just to make it really bright pink but if you want a really light and clear coat just one pass and you're done. You don't smell a harsh chemical like what you would regularly do in a nail polish there's really no scent. But it does feel nice very pretty!

This polish has a flat brush that makes it easier to apply. The polish itself is a thick liquid that is hard to apply evenly. I used the Essie base coat first (that I bought earlier and really like) and one coat of the glass polish because it was hard to apply evenly and it took a long time to dry. I used a translucent top coat after (which I always do) and even with the base and top coats, it started chipping the 2nd day. I liked the color and I will give this brand another chance with a non glassy polish, but this one is not for me.

This nail polish has the consistency and finish of a gel polish. I did notice that it takes a while to dry but if you have a uv gel drying lamp, the process is much faster. I do have a lamp so after becoming impatient, I used my lamp and my nails cured very quickly. Depending on the intensity of your color preference, one coat gives you a "barely there yet still shiny" color. Adding more coats of polish intensifies the color in the end.
I love how subtle the color looks on my nails and would definitely try the other colors from this line!

While this polish was definitely not what I expected it to be, I do enjoy it. I’m not a “nail girl” but I do like doing my own nails at home on occasion. When I read “glass nails” I assumed this would be a high-shine product. It’s shiny, but super sheer and transparent—like glass. I wore this on my thumb for 3 weeks. I’m an art teacher and wash my hands 408268391x every day, constantly have my hands in something gross/abrasive, or I’m using power tools and duct tape. My hands go through a LOT. In the 3 weeks this was on my nail, only the very end chipped away. I’m super impressed. I do wish this was opaque and I’ll be gifting it to a friend, but I would absolutely purchase this again because the formula is fantastic.

Neil Polish was good quality. It lasted if itwo weeks with minimal chipping period the nail polish did not peel off. It was very smooth. You can apply multiple Coats to have a darker color the maintenance. Oh, you can do touch ups every day or once every few days.Overall polish is super pretty period.

What can I say about Essie Gel Nail Collection…I love the glass effect! I love the natural pink neutral tone shade with my skin complexion. It lasts about a 5-7 days before it starts to chip. It feels like a gel, but not harsh! Glides on smoothly and so easy to remove. My favorite part is it if you’re a girly like me who has been transitioning away from press on and acrylic nails it feels like a hardener. I love it and will continue to use it on my nails. I’m excited to try the other colors. Excuse my cuticles I did not want them clipped. Perhaps I can get some cuticle oil next.

I am very familiar with Essie’s regular nail polishes and their typical performance, and this one pales in comparison. It requires at least 3 coats to appear somewhat like the bottle, but as a result the thickness of the polish makes it prone to peeling and chipping. If you prefer a light wash of color as opposed to solid color payoff then this would be perfect for you, however that is not the case for me.
