Beautiful quality colors

I really liked this Essie gel liquid diamonds collection. The product goes on so smoothly, the brush is a really nice shape to help you keep clean edges. It was a bit on the thicker side so I only needed to do one coat to get that nice dark coverage.

Lovely Navy Shade with Beautiful Shimmer

Ice Ice Baby #395 is a beautiful deep navy with silver shimmer. I found the nail polish to be opaque in one coat, but I prefer 2 for a richer smoother finish. I also like to cap the tip of my nails for longer lasting manicures. I found that this color started chipping around day 4, and that was with 1 layer of the #00 Top Coat (Step 2) applied. I think the top coat makes a huge difference! It smoothes everything out and leaves a lovely glossy finish. The bottles have a nice weight on them so they don’t accidentally fling off the table. The brushes on the gel couture collection are a nice width and make it easier to have full coverage on the nail. I’m excited to have this beautiful shade, I especially love it on my toes. I feel like a fresh person with my nails painted.

Easy application and stunning finish.

I recently tried the Gel by Essie polish, and it has quickly become one of my top five favorites. The application process was easy and clean, which is impressive considering I usually have issues with application due to arthritis in both of my hands.
The first coat dried quickly, within just five minutes, and went on smoothly without any issues. After applying the second coat, I was surprised that it also applied flawlessly and dried fairly quickly, within about fifteen minutes. The gel topcoat really tied everything together, enhancing the diamond shine and creating a stunning finish.
In terms of durability, this polish holds up remarkably well, lasting about a week on my nails without any chipping.
I wholeheartedly recommend Gel by Essie to anyone looking for a reliable, long-lasting gel polish.

Perfect after a whole week!

This cute little contoured bottle of gel polish by essie is excellent for beginners and professionals alike. My 13 year old has already commandeered it, since she saw how shiny my nails were. I painted them a week ago and finished them with the essie topcoat, but they look exactly the same as when I first did them! I haven't removed them yet, but I hear it works just like polish, we shall see. So far, no need because they look excellent.

Perfect colors for this time of the year!

It has been one heck of a busy winter so far, but I have promised myself to take time this year to do things that make me happy. One of the easiest and most rewarding ways has been deciding that from now on, I will sit and take time to make my nails look pretty each week! We can’t escape the cold & snow here just yet, so I’ve decided to embrace it by being one with it haha! This week I am going to finally take time to make my nails look pretty. We have been moving my parents and it’s made me feel like I just need to stop and enjoy myself a bit. My daughter and I both plan on taking time on Monday to do things we love and enjoy & this is going to be step 1! We both love Essie nail polish and have used it a lot in the past, so we are fully aware that it is amazing & we absolutely LOVE this color! Beautiful & lasts for so much longer than other brands we’ve used!

This color is sooo rich! Really great coverage with two coats and dried relatively quickly. It has lasted too… still going strong at 3 weeks since application. Love the bottle shape and with the base coat, this will be my new favorite nail polish line.

This went on so smoothly and covered so well, that I could get away with only one coat. It was not thick and gloppy or so thin that it required multiple coats. It felt oh so smooth once dry. Removal was also a breeze.
It has a nice shine to it and looks great. I’m happy with this polish!

Looks good, not as long-lasting as gels

Goes on nice and thick, like you don't even need the second coat. Shine is great on day one but to be totally honest, it starts to dull by day 2. The claim is your mani will last 2 weeks, like salon gels, but this is wearing just like normal nailpolish, for me. Love that it is vegan and it looks good, just doesn't meet that specific claim, in my experience.

Nice navy color with a hint of sparkle that last

I really enjoyed trying this "Ice Ice Navy" color polish. Its a deep navy color with a slight hint of sparkle. It dried super quick and if you cap your nails it should last almost 2 weeks, I got about 11 days before I noticed chips happening. I do use a top coat so that will factor in. Overall I liked that it dried quickly, only took 1 coat, and lasted a good while, plus that it isnt strong smelling!

We tried the color, ice, ice, navy, and it’s a pretty blue with some shimmer in it. The polish goes on very smoothly and doesn’t leave any streaks or bubbles. It dries and cures pretty quickly, even without the topcoat at first, it did dry very fast. The only downfall I would say with this product is, I wish the brush was a little thinner. To me the brush is a little wide so if you aren’t very good at painting your nails, you can get a little messy. It will be a little hard to keep directly on the nail and not get it on your skin/cuticles. This color in the picture was put over artificial nails, but it does look the same on a natural nail, which we did try on my daughter.. overall very happy with his polish!

Great colors and great alternative to gel polish

I loved the consistency of the nail polish and the ease of use. As a person who works in healthcare, this nail polish stayed through consistent handwashing and it continued to look pretty. I only applied one coat and it still looks pretty amazing with the top coat.
The fact that you don’t need the UV gel I think it’s really amazing.

Essie products are always fantastic and this is no different. The gel couture collections are easy to use and give a great manicure. Ice Ice Navy is a beautiful metallic blue that has a full coverage in almost one coat and is very flattering. With the two steps, it lasted me about 5 days before chipping, but wear and tear depends on how rough you are with your hands.

I’ve been a die-hard Essie fan since i can remember, I’ve never been able to find a comparable at home nail polish. This is an amazing way to keep a gorgeous manicure at home! And the blue color is stunning! Having the perfect amount of sparkle and coming out a darker blue making it a great universal shade!

It had a small problem

At first i really loved this nail polish. It has a beautiful color, the dry time was short and it was super smooth to put on leaving no streaks. It was great but a fee hours later i took a shower and they were already chipped by the time i was done. I was trying to be very gentle too. Im not sure if it was user error and i didn’t prep my nails correctly but i’ve never had this happen before. Im not totally knocking this product and will definitely try it again with different prep steps.

I'm loving the dark, moody blue vibes of this Essie shade "Ice Ice Navy". By far the best nail polish! It dries within seconds which is perfect because I'm always in a rush. No streaks or mess the brush is literally the best! I paired it with Essie's top coat for a glass-like high shine finish, over the blue color it reminds me of sapphire diamond 💎 I'm hard on my hands at work and not once did the polish chip.
I absolutely recommend Essie Gel Couture Liquid Diamonds Collection to those that want a fast- professional looking mani at home

This shade is called "ice ice navy" and has a gorgeous shimmer within the deep blue. I top this shade with their gel top coat and my nails last so long in comparison to other brands of polish! I use my hands a lot in work/cleaning and am always chipping a nail, so I was amazed this first time I tried this and saw how long lasting it was for me.

overall I'm impressed with this polish. It lasted about 5 days until it started chipping on the tips as you can see in last images. Normal polish starts chipping for me on day 1 or 2. Beautiful navy summer color and high shine with top coat added. Highly recommend! Would buy again and additional colors too.

I am completely obsessed with this Essie gel nail polish. The color looks amazing and I’m absolutely loving this sparkly navy for winter. Not only is this nail polish easy to put on at a home since it has a gel topcoat it stays on for so long! This is hands-down one of the best at home nail polishes I’ve ever used. I can’t wait to get it in tons more colors!

I received this Essie Gel Liquid Diamond nail polish as a complimentary gift for my honest review. First, I am in love with the color and coverage. You don't need a second coat; the consistency is perfect for one coat and looks fantastic. The only thing is that it took at least 3 min under the UV light to dry, but I would still buy and recommend this product

This is color 395 Ice Ice Navy in the Gel Couture Liquid Diamonds Collection by Essie. Application is smooth rich color, which brushes on easily. This is a nice deep navy blue color with a pearl sheen to it. The top coat adds an extra shiny long-lasting finish. Nails feel stronger and the color lasted around a week on an active kid!

This nail polish is one of the easiest I've ever used application wise. The brush is big enough to cover half the nail with one swipe. It is extremely pigmented and only needs one coat for a full color payoff. The shine is incredible, but amplified by using the top coat. I'm in love with this nail polish

Essie polishes have been my favorite lately and I was so excited to try the Gel couture Liquid Diamonds collection. I have Ice Ice Navy and it has a deep sparkling hue to it. The consistency upon application is great and applies with ease. Beautiful packaging, I like the twist design in the bottle and in the brush rod. It doesn't take long for it to dry, considering it applies thick as well. A lot of color in one coat for sure! On my photo is two thin coats, and a top coat. The top coat is a MUST for sure. The extra shine it gives really makes it a gel like shine to it. Definitely a great value quality polish! I think I want the other shades now of this line too. :)

The appearance of this gel nail polish made me stop going to the nail salon to get the gel nails. I do my nails at home now. This Joe nail polish and topcoat is the truth. It is now my only nail polish that I will buy from now on why spend those big dollars at the nail salon when you can get the look at home and do it yourself a whole lot cheaper I highly recommend this gel nail polish. The durability and consistency is nail salon quality.
