I bought this nearly 4 weeks ago and used it that evening. Let me tell you, it still looks great on my toenails. I’m not sure it would last this long if it was on my fingernails. Since my late teens, unless I have a fresh French manicure, my fingernails are clear. My toes nails are a different story. I’ll use about any color on my toes as long as I’m feeling it and right now, I’m “berry in love.” It’s a beautiful plum red color.

I like the formula of this polish. It goes on smoothly and has a nice shinevto it. I didn’t like the color on me though. I think it was too dark. Not very neutral for my tone.

Essie Gel Couture is my FAVORITE nail polish. I have been a fan of Essie for years! The gel couture is the closest at home gel polish that doesn’t require a light or a chisel to get it off. Lasts at least a week and chips are minimal. My only complaint is they don’t have more colors #essielove #essiegelcouture @essiepolish @essie @Influenster

I absolutely am obsessed with this color. It lasts so long and barely chips. It’s like a grey but with a purple tint to it. If you’re thinking of buying it, definitely do!

I just bought this and i have to say its absolutely brilliant ! I will tell all of my friends ! I bought this for the purpose of a contest and i will continue to buy more outside of the contest ! Totally worth the money !! Its such a shiney beautiful finish !! Pro tip for this put your nails in ice water so it will dry even faster !

Best nailpolish ever

Used this and the essie top coat for the first time before a vacation to spain. It sat perfect for 10 days even through a lot of saltwater, sunbathing, shellfish and so on. Super easy to apply with the broad brush, I usually have trouble getting the polish perfect but this was so easy.

I don't know if I'm in love with the color or the product more! I really wanted to try a longwear, non-UV gel polish to help me try and grow my nails out for my wedding, and a friend recommended this. I only applied the top coat one other time after the original application, and it's going strong a week later! Granted, the edge is showing some slight wear (less than a hair strand width). But no chips, peels, lifts or anything like that. I have never had another polish hold up like this over a week straight, especially with how often I wash my hands and shower! I purchased 4 more colors after this. But this is my absolute favorite shade - is it purple? is it gray? is it taupe? It looks different in different lights, and I have gotten sooooo many compliments on it! I'm going to throw out all of my old polishes after finding this lol.

I got this polish and the gel top coat free from influenster. I love it! The color is beautiful and covers well with just one coat. It doesn't chip easily either, which is important to me. The only negative I have is the brush is a little wide for smaller nails. Other than that, no complaints at all!

I was really impressed with the full coverage, beautiful color, and brilliant brush. The shape of the bristles makes it easy to get pro results with one swipe, and this lasts and looks like a true gel manicure! The closest you can get to gel, without gel

I received the Essie Gel Couture nail polish in ‘Take Me to Thread’ along with the Gel Couture top coat and having used it almost three weeks in a row (unheard of for me) I can confidently say I love this polish. Most polishes (whether at home or salon) start to chip or wear away at the tips at around 2-3 days on me. This one goes on and stays on without need to touch up until around day 6-7. The polish dries hard and really does look like a gel. The ease of application is also a bonus. I received this product complimentary for review purposes.

I received this color free to test and review. I really liked the color a lot! The color goes on smooth. I used it with the gel top coat so it gave it a nice gel, glossy look. The only downside is that it did chip after a week, which for a gel-like polish I would have thought it would last longer.

I love this polish, I just don’t love the color. I am more of a nudes, whites, and very dark kind of girl and this color threw me off a little. The picture and description makes it seem like it would be more taupe, but it is actually more of a weird purple brown color. Color aside, I love the gel couture polish. It is incredibly long lasting and shiny. It lasts just as long as a salon gel polish manicure, but comes off with regular remover which is a game changer!

I received this gel polish free from Influenster and I was hesitant to use it because I use my hands a lot at my job and my nail polish doesn’t often stay for more than a few days. First off, this polish dries so much quicker than other polishes which is a great plus. The color was so vibrant especially after adding the top coat. I am now obsessed with this gel polish and would highly recommend as it it beautiful and stays on for a little over a week without any chipping. All of my coworkers were blown away when I told them that I painted my nails at home as they thought I went to the salon. #conplimentry

Surprised by the long wear!

I was really excited to try this product as I'm a huge fan of the original Essie products. I have gotten gel manicures before but I haven't tried an at home gel product. I was surprised that this formula actually looked like a gel manicure after I was done. It looked nice and last twice as long as a regular nail polish formula. I can't wait to try more colors! I did receive this item for free to test, and I have to say that after testing it out for three weeks, I will definitely continue to purchase this product in the future.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, but I was already a diehard fan. Normal polishes won't go a day without chipping on me, but this stuff truly lasts a week before it starts to show wear. I seriously couldn't even believe it. I've been telling everyone I know about this stuff. Love the color selection, love the brush and the gel-like finish. I may never wear regular polish again!

I received this product and the Platinum Grade Finish for free in my Influenster Voxbox and I’m in love! The color is perfection, can lean towards grey or more purple depending on what I’m wearing. I received this in my #finessevoxbox as a #freeproduct in order for a review. I love the color, perfect for date night and it’s a perfect shade of mauve. I just hated that it chipped in less than a day, i tried it on 3 of my family members and it chipped on them too. I work in a hospital and I wash my hands often, so it doesn’t hold up to multiple hand washes.

The shade is more of a mauvey purple/grey which is everything I love. I painted my toes over two weeks ago, no chips! I will say the shine of the top coat wavered around day five but if I’m feeling energized I can always throw another coat on. I received this product free for testing.

Essie always seems to have the best colors, and this is no different. I received this item for free/complimentary for testing purposes, and at first I was a bit hesitant as it looked very grey in the bottle. Nevertheless, the color has a beautiful purple undertone and is so complimentary on my skin tone. It does start to chip before a week is up! Keep that in mind.
